Installed webcam with MSN Messanger . . . I can see and hear my caller and my caller can see me BUT can NOT hear me. Caller is connected to a laptop with headphones. So, I purchased a ClearChat Comfort USB headset, thinking perhaps I can communicate with headphones. Still the caller cannot hear me but see me. Green voice bar is not moving on our end when speaking to them but we can see their green audio bar moving and hear them when they speak. Well? Is the problem ours or theirs?

A prompt comes up requiring me to fill out name and support key number, which I do believe is expired as it is quoted in the prompt and the need to obtain a new one is necessary.
Found my own troubleshooting with the problem of not being heard by third callers. I went into MSN Messenger Help drop box and clicked on Audio Properties . . . . and so on.
