Printer continues to display "press enter to align cartridges". Have tried to do this several times, but only with negative results. Also, the black ink cartridge was empty so I bought a refill kit and followed the instructions to the letter. It's full but NO black ink comes out at all. Have cleaned it several times. Still nothing. Almost ready to get out the trusty hammer and destroy this thing. Can anyone help me?? Anyone???
