Sounds like you will need to uninstall your printer and software and then reinstall it. You can do this by going to start, click on printers and devices, right click on your printer and click delete. Next you will need to go to start, control panel and then programs. Under programs you will see uninstall programs, click on this. You will need to scroll down and look for anything relating to your printer and uninstall each one, one at a time. There will be at least one, most likely 2 that you will need to remove. Once you have done this, unplug your printer from your computer and leave it unplugged until you are instructed to plug it back in during your installation of the software. You can use your cd that came with your printer, if you do not have it you can download the software from the following link

Download the correct driver for your operating system, the full driver version and software is what you need. Once you get that downloaded, go through the installation process and you should then be able to print. If you need further assistance or for some reason the above does not help the issue, please let me know and we will move on to step 2.
