My camera fell into the water

What kind of water? If it is sea water it is probably gone as sea water is highly corrosive. Did you immediately remove the battery and leave it out? If not, then the water, which conducts electricity, could have sent over 300 volts from the flash circuit into the rest of the camera and fried a number of circuits. Without seeing the camera it is impossible for me to give any other suggestions

My nokia e7 fell into water and won't turn on

Wet Cell Phone
Immediately remove the phone from the water, turn off the cell phone, remove the battery and SIM card. To dry out the cell phone put it in a large plastic bag with silica gel drying crystals then put it in a warm sunny place for several days or in front of a warm fan heater for several hours. Reassemble the phone and hope it will work properly again, but if does not work then it is faulty and you need a new cell phone.

Wet G1 Tmobile htc fell in water a while ago

Don't turn it on until it's dry again.
Maybe it could work again.
If not, you'll need to take to a cell phone fix place.

Fell on the pool but it's off when it fell and it turned on but later on it did'nt turn on anymore

The water inside the camera became conductive and did damage to components on the circuit boards, and possibly did some damage to some of the mechancial parts. The camera would have to be rebuilt.

From past experience this type of repair has not been worth the cost. I would shop around for a new camera.
