It won't turn on at all. Tried different outlets.

My bissell worked about 15 min prior to another location. Went back to the working location and it didn't work either. Where is the reset button?

Thanks,
Sari

I had a similar problem when i moved mine. All that was wrong was the handle portion on the top had shifted ever so slightly that it wouldn't work. Just had to push it back in pace and it works fine (Just under the turbo brush and over the release for the canister, you will see a seam). hope this helps:)

Brand new Bissell Healthy Home 5770H Upright will not turn on.

If the brush attachment isn't locked into place than the vaccuum will not work make sure it is attached properly.

Bissell won't turn on

the motor could be ceased up. do you hear a buzzing noise? if you dont hear a buzzing noise, turn it on for about 1 minute, unless it starts smelling hot or starts smoking. if nothing happens after that, try replacing the power cord.

Bissell Proheat 2x model number 9200 Sometimes it did not release water. Then today I unpluged it and went to a different room pluged in does not work tried different outlet will not turn on

These are two different problems the first could be a clogged heater soap coagulates in the heater passages and clogs the flow of water to see if this is indeed the problem turn the unit on and try and spray water with the top trigger (floor nozzle) then try to spray at the hand nozzle if you get water at the hand nozzle but not the floor nozzle it is the heater. The hand nozzle water bypasses the heater. Also check the solution or soap tank if you pull it out and there is not red seal on the bottom it may be stuck in the machine and won't create a good seal check to see if it is still in the hole where the tank inserts. As for the unit not turning on that could be a number of issues cord, switch or just over heated. Visit www.stevessewandvac.com for any parts or questions about this machine or any other.

Will not turn on

I assume you tried a different outlet? Otherwise you could have a problem with the cord, switch or motor. You will just have to check it over to find out what went bad.

Bissell Proheat

Things to check are the cord, switch, and the motor.
