Soles fell apart on my wife's born shoes

My wife has a pair of almost new born shoes, that are one of her favorites. The heel part of the shoes has fallen apart suddenly. She would like to know where to send them to be fixed

Go back to the store you got them from and see what they have to say. This sounds like a manufacturing problem. Any shoe repair shop can take care of this, but it would cost you to get it fixed.

You can try a sole guard which goes right over the heal an can help from them crack any further. Click here for some examples or options. If that doesn't work then you can simply try going to a shoe repair store and ask them to replace the heal. If you do get new soles then to prevent cracking you can use waterproofer to shield the heels from water damage.If home repairs do not help, then you will have to take them to get professionally repaired or replaced.

No but you can replace the soles with any sole you find at a Supermarket.

First, I want to encourage you that heels are not the best for you. I see the people 20 years after wearing high heels. their feet are gnarled and they get to have the ugly orthopedic extra depth shoes. There are PROPERLY designed high heels that are comfortable. These may not be one of those!
if you wear them a short time at special events every so often, that is a different picture! there are ball cushions available that can help relieve some pressure.
