If it's a Minikit Slim, did you try to reset it ? To do so :
1. Press simultaneously the jog wheel and the Reset button located at the back of the Parrot MINIKIT Slim / Chic.2. Release the Reset button.
> You can now release the jog wheel.
Important information for those of you who have this problem (the kit freezes and buttons don't work anymore, even the reset).
Thisproblem may appear when the battery level is too low.Parrot has fixedthe problem now, below is the procedure to follow for those who stillhave this problem :
1- Leave the Minikit slim in charge for ~30min
2- The reset becomes functional :
- Press the rotator button,
-Press the reset hole, keeping the rotator pressed ( on the back, with apaper clip ), and then release the reset button first.
- Release the rotator
The Minikit slim should be functional...
3- Make an update with the version 1.06 ( install the PSUT

/!Attention : people who have the problem and already have version 1.06need to update again (changes have been made on version 1.06 )

I have the same problem... but both lights are ALWAYS turn on, not flashing.
I have the same problem and have taken one unit back after one week in use with this problem. It seems to occur when there is a conflict in synchronization or communication and the unit freezes.
It has cleared itself a few times - not sure how but my strategy this time is to let it run out of power and see if it comes back. A real annoyance as it is a neat unit.
my only other complaint about it is when it selects a contact from the voice prompt it does not give an option to confirm that it has selected correctly and sometime gets it wrong but goes ahead and dials anyway and you need to quickly cancel and start the process again.
Any feedback on how to fix our issue?

I have a Parrot Minikit Slim, both lights are on now. The machine does not do anything else and, of course, doesn't work at all!
Same problem - both red and green lights come on and unit does not work - instructions mention reset button on the back - but there isn't one!!!!
