It's a reliable? easy to use? I'm a total beginner and I would like to start on a cheap 2nd hand then progress to more expensive and sophisticated product
When beginning to sew a good 2nd hand sewing machine is a good idea,, a sewing machine with metal parts is better than any others,
it will hold up better singer,,necchi, some brother sewing machines
are made with metal gear that hold up good.
if you can try sewing on the sewing machine before you buy it, you
really don't want to buy someone else's problem. repairing a
sewing machine can be expensive.
make sure you can get a manual for the machine,, so that you can
learn what the sewing machine can do & how to thread the sewing
will the person who owns the sewing machine let you see that it
will sew?
is it in good condition?
does it have a manual that comes with it?
does it have all it's parts & power cord & foot pedal?
machine, what stitches it will do.
people will tell you anything to sell a sewing machine , if the part
are not all there then leave the sewing machine there too.
here's a site with some reviews about the machine

good luck with your decision
