SOURCE: Broken Plastic underneath car towards front
Bueno, se puede reparar con adhesivo especial. Ademas se puede reforzar con laminas de aluminio que dan rigidez a pieza.
SOURCE: hummer h2 transfer case
Only way for this to happen on an H2 (AWD) is for something to break rearward of the lockup hub. Take a look at the splines between the intermediate shaft and centerdifferential or even the teeth on the forward sun gear and/or stepped pinion on the center diff.
As long as you have the t-case torn down for repair be sure to upgrade to the new aluminum mode fork (production upgrade to old plastic forks thru end of 2007 or so). You should also upgrade the rear half of the housing to the 2008 version which has a pressed-in rear prop bushing (better bushing and is also replaceable.
SOURCE: Air Suspension service for a Hummer H2 2003
Replacing with new airbags for the Hummer will be expensive because it is not a permanent fix. I Would go with springs. I understand people enjoying the air ride but I promise it is more trouble than it is worth. Compressors have a 100% failure rate. What will happen is the airbag will end up getting a hole or tiny crack in it so the compressor has to work extra hard because it is like blowing up a balloon with a hole in it. Therefor the airbag kills the compressor and you have to parts you have to constantly keep buying. With air suspension there is never a permanent fix. I would recommend going to strutmasters.com and taking a look at the conversion kits. these convert you from the airbag to a powder coated American made steel coil spring that is guaranteed to last the life of the car. And for a very affordable cost. I added the link below so you can check it out. http://www.strutmasters.com/hummer-suspension-parts-s/96.htm Hopefully this will help Good Luck!!!
SOURCE: Replacing front wheel bearings
It isn't a particularly hard job but there are a few techniques that you need to know.
I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself but I would recommend you do it under supervision of someone who knows their stuff.
Retensioning the bearings correctly is extremely important.
