As for the pictures that already have the date on them, Photoshop Elements or any similar photo editing software can easily remove them. Also, if the date is near enough to the edge of the photo, you might be able to just crop it out.

Its a one way street...from camera to computer...not the other way around. Doing that will eventually corrupt the card and sometimes even the camera.
