SOURCE: Power supply problem in Jamo DVD receiver DMR 61.

Jamo DMR receivers are shipped with very poor quality primary (and secondary) internal transformers (Jamo will deny this). The likelihood is that your primary transformer has failed if the indicator blue lights don't come on at all. If the main blue lights do light up, but the settings didplay doesn't show, then your secondary transformer has probably failed. A jamo authorised dealer will repair it, but it will cost GBP80 - GBP100.

There are no official (or unofficial) universal remote codes for Jamo DVD players or any Jamo product.

The actual universal (and one-for-all) remotes are available, but there aren't any preset codes for this brand or model unit.

Help how to best connect sky hd and PS3 to a Jamo
you will have to use a component cable or optical lead from your ps3 to the jamo and sky hd to be connected via scart.
for best image,buy an HDMI CONNECTORS switch that will allow you to run many HDMI TO IT and from the switch you only need one to the tv so the jamo still output to the tv.

remember that you will have to get an automatic one so that it can select when you are using each element.

Jamo DMR60- sound doesn't match dvd
I have the same problem. I have been in contact with Jamo Denmakr and Norway. They are aware of the problem. There are two issues/answers:
1 If the DVD your're playing has scratches reading error accumulate and then audio sync problems occur. (My meaning is lo quality DVD drive). You might overcome this by reburning the divx file to a new disc to avoid read errors.
2 The DVD drive itself is defective and should be replaced. Warranty should cover this of course. I do receive my DMR-61 this week after DVD drive change. I hope this will fix it...but I don't believe so. Crossing my fingers.
