  1. Plug the iPod Touch into your computer.
  2. Step 3 Power on the iPod Touch.
  3. Step 4 Press the "Home" and "Sleep/Wake" buttons together for 5 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

I GUESS MY I POD FROZE IT WON'T DO ANYTHING.....

hold down menu and center buttons until the screen goes blank then wait for your ipod to reboot. it should work fine then

Press and hold the center button while pressing on the menu button.
This will reboot your ipod.

If you press down on the center button while holding down on the menu button, usually the will reboot your Ipod and return it back to normal.

If you need service on it locate an Apple store in your area or your nearest Best Buy can help you out as well.

after running avast schedule a boot time scan
but don't reboot yet.

after you connect your i pod and it is detected
in the "my computer" right click on it and select
the "a" icon to run a scan on it.
