Did you check your brand new battery? Fully charged? Hydro was good? You are connected properly ( + = + and - = - ) Do a volt check yourselg between + and - (frame)

If yes to all, Id be looking at the ignition switch.

Faulty start solenoid? Check the starter sice of this electric switch with the power on and the start switch depressed. If you have no voltage at this point, the solenoid is suspect. If you have power and no start ... jump power directly to the starter to see if it will run.

Replaced battery. still would not start. Cleaned treminal of all corrision. cranked fine. however 1 day later would not start. jump started . drove a couple of miles but when I turned on lights, engine...

Sounds like a bad alternator. Drained your battery and when you turned on the lights it took all the power left in your battery. When you drain a battery down that far, they are real hard to jump, and coupled with the alternator, the car is not producing enough current to start and stay running.

I would take the alternator off and take it to oyur local auto parts store to be tested. If bad, replace it and charge the battery fully before starting. Then check voltage at battery with motor running. Should be 13.2 -14 Volts DC. If not, you may have a bad battery cable or blown fusible link. (especially that if the alternator tests good).....Mike

Got the scooter for xmas last year -- has been used approximately 5 times. SHows battery is fully charged. Will not go. Need help.

hello,,i'm not overly familiar with these but,,here goes,,,,if it is reading fully charged,,but it will not go,,,,if you have an electrical tester,,,plug the red probe into the red wire connector on the battery,,,,and the black one to the black connector on battery,,,,,just to be sure charge gauge is reading correctly,,,,,,if it is indeed fully charged,,,,now go to where you engage the power,,,,whether it be a pedal,,or a trigger on the handle bar,,,,,you will have to check all connections to be sure one has not come off,,,,or got to lose to make a connection,,,,if all looks ok there,,,,check the wires that go to the motor ,,, from the battery,,,,make sure all is secure,,,,, if it has gotten wet,,,check for any corrosion on all your electricals,,,,,,and clean ,,,,,when your doing all this,,,,,also check for a broken wire,,,,,or stripped wire,,,, hopefully these steps will put you in the right direction and back to riding,,,,, JOEL

I have a new e627 used only once before today. Battery connection was partially out and screen indicated low battery. After five minutes screen went black and now I cannot power up.

Maybe your battery is totally drained.

Try to connect the AC adaptor of your laptop and plug it to the wall outlet and let it charge for 3 hours or more. When you plug it on the wall socket, it won't show the laptop's led blinking since it was totally drained. But after 3 minutes or more, it will start to show the blinking led to indicate charging. When blinking stops led light disappears, it is fully charged and ready to use.

Remember: Do not use your laptop while it is plugged in to save your battery life. When at home, remove the battery while it is fully charged and plug the AC adaptor directly to the wall outlet. It will still work without the battery as long as it is plugged directly to the wall socket.
