SOURCE: I keep getting an error
Hi,
Try this.
settings>applications>Manage applications>(select the "ALL" tab)>select "Market"
then "Clear data"
Download the latest market .apk file from
thegadgets.net, make sure you keep it in the root directory of SD card.
Once downloaded, install the market app with the help of apkinstaller
If still the problem persist hard reset your phone.
Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

SOURCE: I have a HTC SMART
This phone is considered more of a feature phone than a smart phone. Android hasn't been ported over for this phone and wouldn't run on it due to the limited amount of ram and processor in the phone. So even if you have an unlocked HTC Smart there is no way to run or emulate any of the Android operating systems on it.
Also BREW (the operating system on the HTC Smart) is NOT compatible with any Android Applications out there so you will not be able to run any of them on your current phone.
Sorry about your luck mate.

You can not remove those apps unless you root the phone and flash a new OS onto it. They are normally installed by you carrier. Please note rooting the phone will void the warranty.
