There is something wrong with the model number you've provided. Generally, there is often a door latch to move. Many older units have a door shield which needs to be positioned before starting to protect glass. Set the length of time you'd like the unit to run and set the control to clean. You may also have to set the temperature to clean. If you have a mechanical timer, set it so the stop portion is about 2.5 hours later than the time you're starting the cycle.

If you get the correct model number, you can get access to the manual at whirlpool.com

I have whirpool oven GBS 307PRS00 after selfcleaning won't heat back up is this the fuse and can i replace it myself?

It was the TOD a little sensor in the back of the oven, it happened because when you self clean the temperature goes up to 1000 degrees. never self clean over 2 hours and only do it as
little as possible.

Self-Cleaning Whirlpool Oven

Hello, I am cleaning my oven today. I went to the whirlpool.com website and clicked on customer support and typed in my model number which is located on the front inside panel of my oven. They will provide you the manual with the self cleaning instructions. I hope this helps.

Frigidaire electri clean selfcleaning feature

It locks automatically. You can download the manual from Frigidaire here (as I just discovered while trying to figure out how to use the self-cleaning feature :) ): http://www.frigidaire.com/support/manuals.asp?NewSearch=New+Search

You don't need to type in the whole model number. For example, if the model number (found in the upper left when you open the oven door) is RSE37BAW*4, you only need to enter RSE37BA.

Good luck!
