I have DirectTV satilite service and can't find the codes for the remote. I'd tried to use the following steps: 1)Press Menu and click on "Settings" using the select function on the DirectTV remote. 2)Select "Remote" and click on "TV" (a list of brands will appear on the screen). This is where I run into the problem, no Polaroid selection is on the list. Where can I find the codes?
Find your rca sat. remote code under the mitsubishi code list in the RCA sat. booklet, it worked for my Polaroid 42" dtv. My prob. is finding the sat. code to program the remote which came with the Polaroid DTV. If anyone has this code please post it.

Switch the tab over to TV press and hold mute & select key until the light blinks twice. Then enter code 991 following the number 1. Press the pwr key located below the selection at the very top of the remote. Then press up channel key until your tevevision powers off(be sure to press the up channel key slowly because some tvs may have a delay). Once your tv powers off, press the select key. To test to see if the code worked, press the power key. Good Luck and Godspeed!
If you have a 32 inch polaroid when you scan it will be the 2nd code. I have a 40 inch polaroid and have not found the code yet. Good luck.
On the Direct TV setup it should give you the choice of scanning for a code. I had to do this recently for one of my customers to get their remote to work.
Dish told me the 3 digit code 627 works on most units havent had a chance to test that theory yet please let me know if it works.but the polaroid master code is 8202

I have the same issue with sylvania model LC320SS8.tried to scan for codes,t.v. goes back to program before completeing scan. PLEASE HELP SAT.TECH. said funia didnot give codes to them for new products.
I press code search, then TV and slowly press the on/off button until the TV turns off. I then press enter, then on/off and the TV will not turn on again.
