Mobile carriers offer the Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) code as a security measure to safeguard your SIM card. In the event that your phone requests a PUK code, it indicates that you have input the SIM card PIN incorrectly more than once, locking the SIM card. Your PUK was on the same paper, or card as the initial pin form the sim. When you really can't find it, visit a phone store from your provider and ask them for the PUK. When they also can't give you the PUK, you can ask for a new sim with the same phone number you now have. Then you again get a new PIN and a new PUK for the new sim.

The PuK number remains with the service provider. Call them up and provide them with your SIM cell number. They will then provide you with the PUK number linked to your SIM card

You have to contact your cell phone carrier to get your PUK (personal unblocking key), as each handset has a different code. Once you get the PUK code the carrier should be able to explain how to reset the SIM card.

You might have something in the paper path , or a part came simi unloose inside.

1. check paper path for debris (may have to open the unit up)
2. Check for simi loose parts as well.

you must call AT&T for this code. there is no other way to get it. also if you fail all the trails for the code it will void your SIM card making it completely unusable thus losing everything on it as well. and you will have to buy a new one.

if your on input "video 7" but there is no picture, this is normal. however if you have a picture and video 7 remains on the screen,then on the original remote there's a button labeled "display" press that. video 7 should disappear
