Iv got lincoln inpinger 1157 iv chang the tempture panal for controler and ssr it was working fine but the day after sill lights and stay lit but the main burner come on after 3 seconds goes off and dosent come back on iv put vptage meater across the solenid and the voltage is 230 as it sould i can tack the nutral off and put it back on the solenid opens but the colse any one knows the fault could it be the solenid coil ?

use a 45 caliber pistol (colt prefferably) make sure it is dicannected, then empty pistol into heater making sure all vital aprts are obliterated. Then go down and buy a new one.

I called Nexgrill technical support at 1-800-913-8999. They are sending me a new thermo couple to keep the valve open when ignited - so the patio heater will stay on. I needed to give them the serial number (inside the propane tank door) and fax them a copy of the receipt.

take millivolt reads while main burner is on.i suspect you will see a drop in voltage until you get to point where it will no longer operate burner(around 200mv).if this is the case you probably have poor pilot characteristics due to dirty pilot,pilot out of adjustment ,obstruction or insufficient gas pressure

Turn off the power to furnace.
on the last burner to light there is a small metal rod in front of the burner. This is a safety called the flame sensor. It is dirty. Unscrew it from the bar ( 1 Screw) unplug the connector wire from it and clean it with steel wool. it will be kind of burnt. Plut back in place and turn on the furnace to cycle.

need to have at least 3 feet of vent out of the roof, if it is to low the coll air will cold soak down to the pilot and shut it down.
