It depends sometimes some songs may be copyrighted and cannot be played on the Mp3............ But as u say ur able to play 67 songs............ Just format your Mp3 player...... Formatting the Mp3 Player: Connect the Mp3 player to the Computer.......... Go to My Computer> Right click on the Removable Disk and click on Format and click on Start..... Know reload all the songs back to the Mp3 player..... Good Luck............

Im still having the same problem with my creative zen player

about this issue of creative zen wherein the device is not booting up to the normal os. and is not being detected by your computer, and giving you options to clean, reset, and format. my brother and i own creative zen, my brother own zen 4GB and i own 16gb. i don't have any problems at all. but my brother does. what i did is i just download the firmware version of my brother's zen that is missing which is version 1.03.04_0.6.1. unfortunately you will not find this firmware version at creative website.
i checked a website and i found this.
it's at http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/Other-DRIVERS-TOOLS/Others/Creative-ZEN-4-8-16-GB-Firmware-10304.shtml

just perform this steps and you're good to go.

1. download the firmware for your zen.
2. connect your zen to your pc.
3. run the executable file (firmware).
4. just follow the on-screen instructions on your computer and you're good to go.

hope that this step will help you guys out.

if you have any questions about fixing this kind of problem. or if this step won't help you.
email me at [email protected]

i'll be more than happy to help you guys with this kind ok issue.
god bless and enjoy listening to your favorite music.

Tracks showing up double

about the a-z thing, i dunno.

about the deleting part, it depends where you're deleting it from.

if you listen to it in play all and delte it from ther, it wont work. you have to find it in the shuffle mode (very annoying, i know) and delete it there. good luck.

No license to play/sync license from PC - Zen Creative V Plus

Try putting the songs on your PC if they are not there already. Delete all the songs from your Zen, then reload them.

I just buy creative zen stone 1gb

Hey Sheikhea!

You won't need to download or install any programs if you have Windows Media Player on your computer. You can use other programs but WMP is probably the easiest!

  1. Plug in your MP3 player using the USB cord (should be in box)
  2. Open WMP
  3. (If your songs are already in Library skip this step). Click "File" (top left hand corner) then "Add to Library..." Click "OK" WMP will now find all music on your computer and add it to Library.
  4. If the internet is connected WMP will attempt to find song info such as title, artist, album etc. Otherwise right click on song and click "Edit"
  5. Click on "Sync" tab (top of player). A sidebar should appear with "Creative zen.. etc" written on the top.
  6. Drag songs into sidebar.
  7. Click "Start Sync"
  8. The songs will now download onto your MP3 player.
To organise your files into folders etc. go to "My Computer" then "Creative Zen etc" then "Music" and create folders (right click "create folder") copy, paste, and drag your songs in folders as you like.

You can now unplug you MP3 player and turn it on!

Please reply so I can know if this information was helpful or not and can help you further.

Happy MP3ing!

Creative zen micro says it is full

The average song is 6MB. 6MB x 800 songs = 5,200 MB = 5 GB. Thats as much as it should hold. If you want to try to put more songs on it you should load WMA compressed files instead of MP3 files.
