you should reinstall the firmware in the mp3 player
to do that you can go on the mp3 manufacture's website click on support and look for the appropriate firmware that fit your model number
once it's download
plug your mp3 to your pc and then run the firmware updater
you should be able to use your mp3

sir, the device doesnt work depending upon the place we are in.there must be some problem in its working.you better contact the company for replacing it.

1. Download the latest firmware.
2. Connect Player to PC
3. Take backup of files
4. Format player
5. Upgrade with the downloaded firmware
6. Copy back the files to the player

You'll need to open up your player to find the plate and board ID numbers to be able to find a compatible firmware for your player. Did you download the correct version of Firmware? There are 3 different types for your model (i'm guessing you have the HB500).

Not too sure if there is a reset button on the player.. If there is, use that..

Otherwise, download the firmware again and reinstall it
