I successfully paired my bluetooth by going into the connection phase, just using my common sense on what to do next once I turned the bluetooth on. Since it was not paired to anything, it automatically went into pairing mode. Thanks anyway!

Need pairing mode for H12 .to sync to a new device What is K1 etc.?

Hi there,
The easiest way to find this information out would be to go on the Motorola interactive bluetooth pairing simulator: Motorola pairing simulator
This will ask what headset you have, and I've noticed the H12 is in a section titled "existing products", it's just a fraction down from the top of the webpage when it opens.
You will then be asked which phone make and model you have.
This will then take you to a very helpful interactive page which will walk you through the pairing process step by step.
I hope this helps.
Warm regards and a Merry christmas.

PIARING MY MOTOROLA RAZOR V3 WITH MY MOTOPURE H12

turn your bluetooth on and on your phone go to bluetooh or settings(if not under bluetooth) and select trusted devices or pair devices, then on the left or right corner it will say (search) once you have found your bluetooth it will say(motopure h12) select and then it will say pair device and you put in the code that came and your instructions and your good to go.

Yes I would think that the unit is bad. If it is paire and you see volume level then there should be sound.
