Sorry I did not use the video out RCA cables. My audio RCA cables worked fine... I ran them to my JBL amplifier through a conversion adapter. I did not run it direct to the amp.. I used Metra TYTO-01 03-08 Toyota Vehicles Harness for JBL SYS (Ebay item 160560648718) and it worked great.
Here is the wiring color coding that I found online:
Code on stereo for steering wheel is 0000

Salvatore, I have been piling my hair out!! How are ya? I have the same problem in my 2004 Buick Lesabre Custom 3.8. I had been slowing installing (over weeks - drove around with an open dash). When I started having battery problems, I had just connected the bus wire (pink?) from the Ouku to the harness. Also, things started acting weird such as the right window worked intermittently? Also, I have a two modules I haven't hooked up yet (axxcess ASWC steering control and a GMRC-04 chime retention).I could not get the Ouku to read my steering controls. So those are not hooked up to the bus wire. That's next. I am going to disconnect the bus wire and see what happens. 'bus wire' or "data line" pertains to the computer and it's signals. Bus wire = 5V - don't hook it up to 12V. Lakewood Ohio David. If I am wrong somebody jump in and help!!
Get a multimeter and test the white connector to the unit under your driver seat. The red wire is power and the black is ground. If you have power there then check the unit for power. Remove the DVD player and check the individual element pins for power. On my unit the second terminal from the right is power and should measure 0.4V. If you have power there too, then it is probably your ribbon cable broken in the hindge or the DVD player itself may be defective. You can plug in a 12V source and check the DVD player outside the car to see if your probably is there.
The RED from the clarion wire must be hooked up to a switched power source ... that was wired to your old radio, then press the reset switch, and it should then turn on.
your red ignition wire is not getting 12 volts. that is why the cd player will not turn on. to test your voltage either buy a voltage tester or take it some where to have them hook it up and test it
