I bought a new Xbox 360 wired controller for my PC and after a few days the left thumbstick has gotten stiff, It's not as smooth as right thumbstick and requires slight pressure to move. Left trigger doesn't work properly either, it just keeps jumping back and forth from 100% to none until I press towards left side and then press it down, only then it works properly. Sadly they don't give any warranty of any Xbox 360 so I can't change it. It was initially working fine but after playing Fifa for a few days the analog went bad. The LT was bad from the start but I didn't notice that flaw earlier.

Depending on the type of disc drive that you have in your Xbox 360 console, use one of the following methods:
Method A: Insert a straightened paper clip or another small, stiff wire into the first hole from the left side of the disc tray. To release the disc tray, push the paperclip into the hole to press the manual eject mechanism. The manual eject mechanism is a white lever that is visible behind the console casing. The hole is located about one-and-a-half inches (approximately four centimeters) from the left edge of the disc tray.
Method B: Insert a straightened paper clip or another small, stiff wire into the second hole from the left side of the disc tray. Push the paperclip repeatedly into the hole to turn a gear to release the disc tray. The hole is located about one-and-a-half inches (approximately four centimeters) from the left edge of the disc tray.
Method C: Insert a straightened paper clip or another small, stiff wire into the into the hole that is directly under the "X3" in the Xbox 360 label on the disc tray to release the disc tray. The hole is located about one inch from the right edge of the disc tray.
In each case, make sure that you line up the paperclip or stiff wire to pass through another notch behind the hole on the console casing.
