I have Loaded the software for the Mustek Multi Function Camera and when I put the camera in the USB to view & edit in the Program , I cannot see any of the files, I know I have on the camera.
Any Help would be appreciated
Hi there, in first replace or check USB cable( it may be have short circuit or is torn off.) If you use OS Windows98 need install driver, if WindowsXP not install any driver, if you install driver in WindowsXP, removed it. For viewing pictures install Blaze Video Magic and/or Ulead Photo Express. Read owner's manual, page 40 4.2 Connecting to computer. Yeah, the same thing happens to me. Quicktime nor Windows Media Player can play it, but Quicktime plays the sound. I think there may have been a disc that came with it that you have to install so you can import them with your own program. I'm not positive though, they should have it on their website.
