Try contacting Jardine at (800) 646-4106. I am not sure if this phone number is only for the recalled cribs or for Jardine in general, but if it is the recall number only, they should be able to get you the correct number for customer service to get you instructions or any parts you may need. FYI - I did not see your crib model on the list of recalled cribs. =)

I called Jardine Enterprises and they said they would email me a manual . Call them at 1-800-295-1980 and provide them with the model number and mfg date of your crib and they will send you a manual via email.
SOURCE: Transfer Delta Luv Crib (Poma) into a toddler bed
the instructions should be pasted onto the wooden board that the mattress is on.
