When I turn my lights on, the two turn signals stay on and none of the dash lights come on. The turn signals flash when you flip the lever left to right so i know the problem is not in the blinkers or...

sounds like an open to the lights in the instrument panel, if the lights work in the radio, ac panel, etc.

Or, all the bulbs burnt out at once (unlikely).

Maybe the harness to the instrument panel is loose, but only is accessible after removing the dash board.

My clock light on my 2004 Subaru Forester won't light anymore. The dome light works so I know its not a fuse.

Is this for a 1999 Forester or for a 2004 forester, the title lists both years. If it is a 1999 model then the problem most likely resides within the clock itself. Unfortunately, many clocks of this vintage go bad over time. I offer a reasonable repair service and many clock removal instruction sheets at www.autoclockrepair.com
I'd be happy to assist.

Audi a4 1995 1,6l no rpm in instrument and warning

If you've just had the instument changed then its probable that the connector has come loose and will have to be re-connected. It could also be that the instument has failed. Take it back to the mechanic who changed the old one. This assumes that the car drives ok and all the fluids are topped up and ok.

Instument Guages

well the issue is youe enitre gauge cluster i do understand that your speedometer is working but it is a cable speedometer not electronic like everything else in the gauge cluster so first i would recomend checking the voltage getting to your gauge cluster then just replace the guagecluster they are really cheap i a salvage and not hard to install at all but the cluster itself is not very comon to go out so make sure you check voltage to it first i wouldnt want you to go through buying and replaceing the cluster and that not fix it
