Our 3.5-year-old Bosch Axxis washer won't drain or spin. The wash cycle (regular cotton, cold or warm) proceeds as far as rinse/spin then stops cold, and the finish light flashes. Have tried re-setting the selector to Off for 2 minutes then setting it to spin, but get only an electronic buzz when I push the Start button. Attempts to start the whole cycle from the beginning repeat the problem: stops at rinse/drain/spin. Machine was moved recently so the room could be painted but was handled carefully.

Solved: My husband drained the machine with the garden hose, took out the laundry, and got into the pump. In the pump were three twigs, each about 3" long, blocking the flow. From now on we will be more circumspect about inspecting and emptying the pockets of the kids' clothing, especially that of the 7-year-old.

I think l opened the front door before spin rinse cycle finished, it opened easy, no force, it was only when l handled the clothes did l then realise they where heavy. i have since unplugged the machine cord from power point, hoping it would reset, as the START/PAUSE button does not Elash RED at ALL, since this occurred. I have removed the clothes placed dry clothes inside washer hoping this would alter it, nothing happened, l have turned settings to off, and then tryed different settings nothing seems to reset it or enable me to finish cycle. Any ideas...????

I set it for the colour normal setting witch takes about 57 min. the other day it just kept cycling through spin,rinse,spin ,rinse. it went for an hour and a half until I stopped it. this is the first time this has ever happened in the 2 years I've had it.
