This is something that is very delicate and requires experience to fix. It is a timing issue and sorry to say you are going to have to take it to a sewing machine shop to get it fixed. in most cases this is a small charge around 50-80 dollars to fix.
it would be way to complex and long to put everything here to fix it yourself.

My upper thread wont pick up the bobbin thread suddenly. How do I fix that problem?

Install a brand new needle. A bent/dull/damaged needle sometimes will not pick up bobbin thread.

Check that the needle is installed facing the correct direction.

Also check that the bobbin is wound smoothly, the bobbin is turning the correct direction in the bobbin case, and the bobbin tension is threaded correctly.

If it still will not pick up the bobbin thread, there is most likely a timing issue, ie the needle is arriving at the wrong time to intercept the bobbin thread. Search the internet for sewing machine timing discussions or take it for service.

I have a brother ls-2150 I can't pick cotton up from the bobbin

Try installing a brand new needle (verify it is installed correctly). If it still does not pick up the bobbin thread, the needle/hook may be out of time, requiring service.

My Bernette 715 isn't picking up the bobbin thread and is getting jammed. Any ideas what's wrong?

First thing to always try: Install a brand new needle. A dull, worn, or bent needle will cause great frustration. It is also the least expensive resolution to most problems.

Second: Remove all the threads. RAISE the presser foot. Rethread from the beginning making sure it is threaded correctly.
Pull up the bobbin thread before beginning to stitch and hold the thread tails in the left hand while slowly taking the first few stitches:

How and Why to Bring up the Bobbin Thread

If still having issues with not pulling up the bobbin thread, the needle/hook may be out of time.

Needle won't pick up bobbin thread

check to make sure that the needle was put into the needle holder correctly
all the way up into the needle holder--flat side of the needle to the back side of the machine
if the machine still doesn't up the bobbin thread then
it's possible that when the needle broke that it caused the machine to go out of time which means it has to be retime at a sewing machine shop
