Good Morning! Error 33 on the epumps or joey points towards motor control failure. Could be that the ribbon cable connecting the housing to sensor is either torn or disconnected, in some situations a new test set is also needed. J2S Medical repairs the epumps/joey and can supply technical support, contact 844-DIAL-J2S or email [email protected].
You can't. It's a safety issue. If the pump turned off automatically the operator wouldn't know if feeding was completed successfully or if the pump lost power.
Keep Tube Open. When you want to stop the feeding for more than 30 minutes, KTO will periodically pump a medically insignificant amount to prevent the feed from clogging in the set.
Go into the BioTech mode by pressing the top left arrow key and keep holding it down while powering up the unit. In the BioTech mode, you can turn off the EZmode.
How old is your daughter?? Is she able to let you know if she aspirates on her feed?? i recommend hand feeding for safety. Her stomache could be full and causing the back flow. Her feedings may have to be reduced/spread out.
