reinstall the drivers for that keyboard the default windows driver are good but cant do it all. RIght click on my computer left click on proberties left click on hardware tab LC on device manager lc on keyboard double click on the keyboard device and up date your drivers.
Go into your Control Panel, and select the icons (seperatly ofcourse) for your mouse and keyboard and make sure they are in the list for each and are activated. Also, uninstall the drivers for them, and re-install them with the disc provided that came with them. I hope this works for you. Also, after uninstalling the drivers and software, restart the computer, then insert the disc and run setup.
If you call Microsoft Supplemental Parts (800-360-7561 toll free USA & Canada) they will give you a fax (716-447-7330). All you have to do is fax them the following:
1) To: Microsoft Supplemental Parts (<- rep said this was important) 2) your first & last name 3) address 4) telephone number 5) email address 6) photocopy of the bottom of your product, with a setting clear and light enough to show the Product ID information on the mouse
try re syncing it to the base, press and hold the button on the base at
the same time you press it on the keyboard and hold for about 15
seconds, then repeat but with the mouse this time
I am offered just about everything BUT a manual...
