Programming tree options are different from what's on the manual

I need to program 4 phones (si-460 casio phonemates) so that they all ring and can transfer lines 1 and 2 to each other. however, when i refer to the programming tree in the manual, i notice a discrepancy. in the manual it shows that i have the option to program "always ring" and "private line off". but when i hit program on the actual phone, it does not offer me those options. please help. it is driving me crazy. also, i was able to get around this by transferring the call to the other stations, but now for some reason, that's not even working. thanks for any help!

All phones need to be individually programmed to ring on lines one and two, all phones need to have a "system update".

I am looking for a free owner's manual for a Casio PhoneMate Gold Model# PMG-55 HACVC. I can not use all the fuctions on the phone and lights are falshing, beeping and I do not know what to do to stop it....

Sadly, I do not find this manual or guide available at any price. I suspect might be acquired only by finding it in in a box with the phone on some auction site.

It is not on the Casio site. Nor can the manual be found in Google, Yahoo , DuckDuckGo, Dogpile, Itsquick searches. Nor have I found it on several sites specializing in manuals. I have searched for it as Casio Phonemate, Casio Phonemate Gold, and searched for user manuals as images and found nothing but manuals for other Casio products. But perhaps your question will attract the attention of someone with such an item.

Phone will not ring

I have the same problem for this hpone. The phone can answer and make call but not ring, of couse the answer machine function does not work. I used Rogers home phone and now the Linksys voip adaptor. But the phone works well with landline. I think the ring votage may not enough to ring the phone. Anyone get the solution?

Auto attendant

I was poking around on the web and found your question. I designed the SI-460 a few years back. Casio, sadly, shut down their phone division.

I can e-mail you the owners manual (PDF) if you need it.Anyway, in case you haven't figured it out:

To turn off the auto attendant:

Press the PROGRAM key.

the display will indicate:

PLEASE SELECT
PNON ANSW OTHER

Press the key under ANSW

The display will indicate:

AUTO ATTND: ON
BACK CHANGE NEXT

Press the key under CHANGE

The display will indicate:

AUTO ATTND:OFF
BACK CHANGE NEXT

Press the program key to end the process.

Good Luck.

Casio SI-460 phonemate executive series corded phone

I have 4 Casio SI-460 and I am having problems turning my auto attendant off. When I put someone on hold, then physically walk to the person to inform them of the call, the person in the other room can't answere the phone. When he picks up the phone the phone just beeps as if the battery is low, but it's not. The person has to come to my room and get the caller off hold in order for him to speak to them. Why is this happening? I have a manual and it saids to do steps 1-3. When I get to step 3, it doesn't allow me to use the soft key on/off button.
