1. enter code *#06# and see if a 15 digit IMEI No. is displayed.......sometimes IMEI NO. gets corrupt and signal/network goes off. If this has got corrupted it can be repaired thru phone software repair tool..... contact servicing
2. If IMEI is OK then go to Menu>settings>Phone settings>Network selection>and select Manual........ now let your Phone search network.......it will take some time........then a list of Network operators should appear.....if this list appears then your phone network recieving(Rx) is OK....transmission(Tx) circuit has fault....... if on manual search network operator list does not appear.....phone displays.....NO NETWORK FOUND...... or continues searching then N/w Rx circuit has fault......in both cases your phone needs hardware repairs........get it done by an expert since there are some tiny delecate components involved

try reinstalling your phones firmware using nokia software updater.it may solve your problem.if not may be there is a problem with your phones network ic. replacing it will work for you.goodluck

Well.So there is no chance of Problem for Software.It is Mostly seems to be a
Complaint of your Hardware .You just Type *#7370# & enter Phone Code to Hard Reset(If already done Ignore it)
Hardware might be
speaker (Buzzer)
You need to Change Speaker
Or Problem with Audio IC /Some Supporting Components
Disassemble your handset and Change it CAREFULLY only if you able to do yourself
You cannot Activate or make Loudspeaker/ Speaker Phone Now ...Right...??!!!!
