My computer was reformated, but I cant use my Multi media becuse there is no audio device which the program asking for, what shall i do

Not sure if you are saying you dont have a sound card installed or if when you try to play a movie it says it cant play the audio. if it is the later then i advise you intall a few codec packs. starting with divx, then community codec pak, and ac3 filter. these are the most common codecs required for most of the audio in media files. if it asking for an actual hardware sound insure that you have direct x installed as the media center in windows vista uses direct audio to paly the audio tracks in media files.

Reinstalling the wireless adapter

vista have this problem...

first, switch off computer and remove physically card from the computer, then de-install all possible traces of it, run ccleaner and clean the computer as well as registry.
go to d-link site and download newest drivers for your adapter, and os (vista). unfold software to c:/dlink

switch off computer again, re-install card and re-power the computer.

when automatic software install start, select manual install, point to newly created folder c:/dlink and select appriopriate driver from there, install.

this procedure usually solves the problem, vista try to instal generic windows drivers not specific hardware drivers, to prevent occurence of that, disable automatic updates in vista, and once a month or so, do only and only security updates from windows, never, ever update your hardware drivers from windows as these are just generic drivers generating more problems than solving. hope this help.

VISTA is instal in diff disk n it shows diff disk (when its open)

Unlike games which often require the disk to be inserted in order to be able to play them, Vista is your operating system which is, in fact, installed on your C: drive and once it is installed you no longer need the disk in your CD drive.

You can safely remove it, put it in its packaging, and save it for when you have problems that require you to re-install it.

fyi. An operating system is a collection of software that is used to control your computer hardware on one side, and allow you an interface to use it on the other side. The programs you install use the operating system in order to indirectly use the hardware to do what they do. The more popular operating systems in use today are the various flavors of Windows, and also the Mac o/s, Linux, Unix, QNX, Netware and others. They all have strengths that make them the best choice in a given situation.

Adrenaline 650i driver for windows vista

Vista (except 64 bit versions) should automatically install the hardware. If you are also using Kofax Capture 8, you may need to download VRS 4.2 from the Kofax website.
Note that your scanner must also have Vista compatible drivers.
