I tried to download the PC version and it came up fine.
Can you download anything else from other websites with those settings on your computer?

Have you tried the alternative LeapFrog Connect Installer from the link below, although I suspect it could be a classic Windows 7 Driver problem.

The Eject button appears when a Leapster2 handheld is connected and turned on. When you have finished configuring the Leapster2 handheld and your child wants to play with it, you can click the Eject button to disconnect the device. Once ejected, a message will appear letting you know that it is safe to disconnect the Leapster2 handheld from the computer. It is not really a "button" but a picture of a green button which says "EJECT". It should be located on the upper right corner of your screen.
As we all know, when the Mozilla Firefox is installed,
another version called "Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)" is installed. But most
firefox users don't know it's importance and would consider it to run in Safe
Mode. This feature is also used to Change the Firefox settings/preferences.
If you've messed up with the security settings, add-ons,
etc..etc.. we have to reset all the settings from the Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).
To do this, follow the steps below:
For windows xp
Click "Start"
then "Run" and type in "firefox -safe-mode"
[Note: one space after "firefox"] and press enter. A new window will
open up (shown below)
You can select whatever you want to restore, but if you only
need to reset the changes you've made to the "Preferences", then simply select (check mark) the "Reset all user preferences to Firefox
defaults" and click "Make
Changes and Restart". Once you click the "Make Changes and Restart", firefox will restart.
If your operating system isn't Windows XP, then the commands
are as follows:
Windows Vista and
Windows 7
Click "Start"
then "Start Search" and type in "firefox.exe -safe-mode" (one space
after firefox.exe).
Mac OS
Open, "Application"
and "Utilities" then "Terminal" and
type in "/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox
-safe-mode" and press enter"
Linux
Open "Terminal"
then type in "/path/to/firefox/firefox
-safe-mode"
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
