Hello - Does any part of the range work? I would recommend verifying that a fuse is not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Test the power outlet with a lamp, hair dryer, etc. Another questions, does "Loc" appear in the display if any button is pushed? The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. If so, press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Does the clock display "Sd" or "dddd"? If so, the clock is in sales demo mode. Press and hold the "BAKE TIME" button for 6 seconds to exit sales demo mode. If this does not prove to be successful, contact a professional to have EOC diagnosed and/or to confirm that there isn't a wiring failur

Hello there and welcome to Fixya This is a fairly common problem with self cleaning ovens The
problem normally is that the user has interrupted the clean cycle and
the door is locked by default or the door lock assy has failed all
together . Now here is the thing these ovens have a built in memory
module that stores a number of commands that the user has input in it
like self clean or broil ect.ect so what you will have to do is to
clear the memory and it is done like this. First unplug the oven and do not touch it leave it sit for a minimum of 1 hour this will reset the memory module Now
only after the hour is up plug in the oven and you may hear a beep ora
click if so great wait a few min then you can press the cancel button
then try to open the door again.
F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold
the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work
then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute
press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door
lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post
back for further assistance.
Hello there: if you have tried the 3 second option and it does not work here is what needs to be done OK first something to remember These ovens have a internal memory module that remembers every thng that it has done for a given amount of time and when this 3 second thing does not work this means that you need to clear the memory. this is done by unplugging the oven from the wall or tripping the breaker Now leave the oven sit for a minimum of 1 hour and do not touch Now after the hour is up plug in the oven or set the breaker now you should hear a audiable beep within 5 min if so press the cancel button and your oven door will now open as it used to ok and also if there is no beep that is ok just press the cancel button. Hope this si very helpful for you . Best regards Mike

wow, that is so weird...i was just getting ready to write the exact same thing. this last time mine beeped, i just kept letting it beep for several minutes. if kept on. i then went in and pressed all the buttons except for cancel and nothing happened. then i pressed the oven light button. the beeping stopped. not sure if it's coincidence or if that was what i was supposed to press. i will keep messing with the buttons and let you know if i figure it out. i will dread if it beeps all night long.
