Connecting an External Monitor or Data Projector
You can switch to an external monitor or data projector by two methods. 1. Connect the external monitor to the laptop's video port, power up the external monitor first and the laptop. The video information will automatically switch to the external monitor. 2. If you power up the laptop first then you can switch the video output to the external monitor by pressing the Fn key and one of the Function keys, depending upon your make and model laptop. You can also toggle between the external monitor or both LCD screen plus the external monitor or back to LCD screen only by pressing the Fn key plus one of the function key a few times. Here is a list of key combinations for some of the laptops :- IBM ThinkPad = Fn + F7 HP and Compaq = Fn + F4 Toshiba = Fn + F5 Dell = Fn + F8

Are your hdmi wireless extenders apple compatible?

Consider the HRpart Wireless HDMI Display Adapter. Here are the key details:

4K Screen Mirroring: This adapter allows you to view audio, video, and office documents from a small device (like an iPhone, iPad, or MacBook) on a larger screen (TV, monitor, or projector) without messy cables. It's perfect for presentations, meetings, and exhibitions.

Wireless and Easy Connection: Setting up this wireless HDMI adapter is straightforward. You'll need a 5V/2A power source (which can often be provided by a USB port near the HDMI input on modern TVs and projectors). If the port is occupied, a battery pack can also work.

No Need for Wi-Fi: The adapter is self-contained and doesn't require an internet connection. Once connected to an HDMI input and powered, it displays a helpful screen for easy connection. You can stream movies, videos, games, and office files from your Apple device to a high-definition TV or projector.

Compatibility: This device is more suitable for Apple devices, including iPhone models (such as iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone XS, etc.), MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and various iPad models (iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini). However, please note that it does not support HDCP-protected applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and others.

You can find this HRpart Wireless HDMI Display Adapter on Amazon 1. Keep in mind that it's designed specifically for Apple devices and provides a convenient way to mirror or cast your screen wirelessly.

First time trying to connect to the internet through my wireless router. Do I need a cord attached to Dsi to wireless router to connect the two?

Basically you need to have your wireless router connected to the modem via a Ethernet cable this allows the signal to be received in another part of the house via wireless signals, after you have done this turn on your ps3 and go to network settings, click connect to internet then wireless network. After you have done this make sure you have all the security settings next to you if needed.

Ok my consle is an xbox 360 arcade i have an eathnet cord and coneted it to my compter and it still wont work and i dont no how to set up my xbox live

how to connect the 360 to the Live network.
Before you do anything you are going to need to decide how you plan on connecting the bad boy. The 360 supports both wired and wireless connections. In order to use a wireless connection you will need the Xbox 360 Wireless adapter. Personally I find the wireless connection to be a bit too temperamental for my liking so I go with a wired connection via a router, but not everyone has the same wireless experience.
To set up the connection via a router unplug the router and the modem and turn off the 360. Connect an Ethernet cable to one of the out ports of the preexisting router then connect the cord to the back of your 360. Plug everything back in and turn and give the modem and router about 3 minutes to reboot.
Once you have given everything a few minutes to reboot you can turn the 360 back on. If you have already set up a gamer profile you will see the Xbox Live screen. If you have not set up an account you will be prompted to do so. All you need to do is follow the on screen instructions. It is a pretty cut and dry process and should not take more than 10 minutes of your time.

Loose connection

To open the Monitor take off the base (4 screws). Usually there is a little black covering over it, which just pops off. After that you will see another two screws underneath that connect the back panel to the front (which hold in the button board at the bottom of the screen). From There I just take a Screw driver and start from the bottom where you see a larger gap, and begin prying softly just enough to get past the tabs. I do this all the way around the screen. On the Q7 Monitors there is actually still one cord connecting the back panel to the videoboard. Just reach under and unplug this cord and your able to slid it down the video connection cord so you can get to the inside. Make sure the the cords are connected fully and that you have the cord grounded like the video board. As long as that screw is in, it should not come loose.

My Connecting cord was cut and thrown away...NEED HELP!!

Yes the red could be for power. Yellow for video and orange could be remote/ accessories power. Ground is usually the cover. If there is a way you will screw the screen to the car body, it should work.
