    i have the same problem no drivers have reinstalled windows but have no drivers for eternet port usb's video and so on and cant seem to download them anywhere on net any help would be much appreciated thanks mark

Behind the NEC PowerMate Pc there is a label. The last letters of the P/N section stands for the model of the PowerMate. Then at the nec-computers.com you follow Desktop->Powermate etc to reach the desired address.

    what other information do you want, it's all there on the page, considering the short description of what you wanted, i assumed all drivers were required for the nec pc and you just click on your country.

Go to this website http://www.nec-itplatform.com/-Products-Information-.html and where it says select your NEC product, choose Desktop, then Powermate VL, then Powermate VL4 Desktop. This will bring you to the product page, from there you can select downloads and choose which drivers you need.

Restarte again and agian
check your cmos CR2032 battery on the motherboard as this can cause restarts because of bios settings,when booting press F2 or Del and check the date and time to see if incorrect. Also it maybe a faulty driver causing the crash, you can tell the bios to halt on all errors instead of rebooting, this can be found in the main cmos settings menu normally below the list of drives and check to see if halt on all errors is enabled, this way you can try to see what is causing the reboots.
