I've used Recuva (free download). Do a thorough deep scan and save to another drive. Very simple to use as long as you have not reused same physical space on card.

SOURCE: How do I delete the pictures from my PNY Attache 4G memory

insert the card into your computer. The best way is (dependding what os you have...) open my computer in xp or computer on vista. Now right click on the drive your card is in now left click on format. It will ask you if will want to delete all the files click yes and your done it's been reformatted like it is a brand new card.

Warning once you format the card you can not undo what has been done so make sure you really want to delete your card.

Good luck and take many more pictures.

SOURCE: my pny 2gb micro sd memory card is

First check to see if it has a slide bar any where on the card itself to lock/unlock.

second download and install Sony EzRecover....

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/Other-DRIVERS-TOOLS/Others/Sony-EzRecover.shtml

and use it to format the card (which will erase all data).
If that doesn't work select Control Panel --> Administrative Tools--> "Disk Management. Select the micro SD drive and click Delete. Right-click on empty drive and select New Partition.

SOURCE: PURCHASE THE PNY 4GB MEMORY CARD

I have the same problem with the card, my cannon camera, and my gateway laptop. From what I've learned in the past ten minutes, the card is SDHC and my devices are not. The card is not able to dumb down and I am returning it to Best Buy. The HC in SDHC is the issue from my best guess. Similar to you cannot play PS3 games on PS2. I hope this helps anyone else.

SOURCE: I cannot upload pictures/ videos from my PNY 8GB memory stick.

The newer large capacity cards in cameras designed for smaller capacity cards seem to have trouble interfacing with our computers. The best best is to get a high speed firewire memory card reader and attach it directly to your computer.
This should allow your computer to recognize your card and also allow you quicker downloads.

SOURCE: Memory card will not show up on my computer.

Verbatim compact flash card has over 200 photos corrupted files. I volunteered to take photos for local senior anniversary I was the main camera now, I have lost the content. Files are Dcim--JPO, POG and worse coded files not JPEGs and I even with trial acdsee repair I am unable to rename and restore these photo files. CVS photo was able to open some of the files with their program but advised we would need to find the proper recovery program to restore some of the files.HELP

I accidentally deleted my wedding & honeymoon pictures from my camera, is there any way they can be retrieved?

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download this picture recovery software from
http://www.asoftech.com/apr/
Install and open the photo recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Start' button.

I accidently formated my Nikon D50, is there a way of retrieving my photos?

Deleting or formatting won't make the data in Nikon camera erased permanently.

Those deleted data is still stored on the camera memory card, it's just invisible or inaccessible. So as long as those data are not overwritten by new data, it's highly possible to recover them. And the MOST Effective way is to rely on some format recovery programs.

Try this camera recovery program called asoftech photo recovery, which can recover data after deeply scanning your camera memory card to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted.

Deleted pictures on my samsung nv10

We should refer to an expert in this case. Although i am not so sure if the pictures can still be retrieved in digicam cases or if it is somehow similar to deleted file retrieval in PCs where there is still a possibility of "undeleting".
