I had my Omega Lexicon successfully hooked up to my 2006 Mac book Pro and Roland Fantom 7x...and had made some recording demos on Garage band. THen I took a year off, bought a new 2007 IMAC and now can't the computer to accept the Omega CD software. The Operating system is Leopard. I install the CD and when it says CLICK ON CUBASE to install the program, it says, "error" or if I click USE LEXICON INSTALLER, it says> "Lexicon INstaller is locked." what do I do? I tried looking for drivers, but did not seem to find ones that help. Thanks.

I've had this problem and similar ones. Following these steps seems to help:
Starting Cubase before switching on the Omega.
Go to 'Devices' and then 'Device Set-up'. Make sure you're in the 'VST Audio System' part of the menu. Make sure the Omega is selected as the ASIO driver - if not, switch it. Then click on 'Set to Defaults', then 'Apply' and 'OK'.
Or re-setting the Omega sometimes helps too.
It's a pain, though.

If you had it installed on a pc then thr drivers will not be the same for a Mac OS. download driver for the operating syatem that you have, if available. If not available you cannot use it on your Mac.
