Bluetooth driver Please I need the bluetooth driver for a hp nc 6120.

MAC address is fixed and located under properties for the NIC.

So you have the key and just need to know where to enter it at?

bluetooth require drivers and so if your laptop doesnt have appropriate drivers it wont work
try downloading,installing or updating your drivers

1st please check whether the PC is working only with the battery or not.
If it does then we can be sure that the adapter is at fault
thereby we have to check whether the adapter brick is getting warm or not
if not, then there is no other way than replacing the adapter
but if it is warm, then we might have to change the chord of the adapter
hope that will resolve the issue.

You need to perform a Hard Reset and a RAM remove and reseat.
But Unfortunately I think its a hardware issue.
