See the causes and proceed with common sense. and fix it. God bless you
If the spray function has quit working on the carpet cleaner, check to make sure there is a full tank of water. If the water level is adequate, check the position of the gasket on the bottom of the water tank assembly. The gasket can become lodged, damaged, or removed. If this has happened, fix the gasket to the proper position according to the user manual, or replace the damaged or missing gasket.

  • 2 Change the belt on a steam cleaner that has inoperable brushes. From time to time, belts on carpet steam cleaners become worn, and you must replace them. If the brushes on your unit have stop moving or do not turn on, you may have a damaged belt.
Replace a belt at home easily with little expense. Refer to your user's manual for replacement instructions and the part number for purchasing the belt. Remove and replace the belt according to the model of steam cleaner you own. Purchase a new belt at home improvement stores or directly

How can i fix my H20 mop x5 steam cleaner

see this causes, and use the common sense God bless you
nspect your steam cleaner's belts for loss or damage. Damaged belts can cause the brushes to stop rolling or the spray mechanism to stop functioning. To fix a damaged pump or brush belt, first unplug the steam cleaner. Refer to the user's manual to determine the specific location of each belt. Order a new belt directly from the manufacturer's website, or from a local home improvement store, if necessary.

My h2o mop won't steam. How do i fix it?

If your H2O mop will not steam:
    1. Ensure you have followed the operating instructions.
    2. Ensure you have followed the troubleshooting instructions.

If the unit fails to produce steam:
    3. Switch off the power at the outlet.
    4. Look at the water reservoir. Inside you will see a flexible tube with a cone on the end. Tilt the unit or give it a gentle shake to submerge the cone in water.
    5. With the cone submerged, switch on the power supply and follow the normal instructions. The unit should produce steam as normal.

Note: Unless the cone is submerged in water, the unit will not steam.
