One thing that you can check is make sure that you have 220 volts at the plug. Leave the unit unplugged and check continuity on the burners. You should have continuity on the burners.
Check connector block where electric is brought into stove for loose or burnt wires. Check Breaker in house power box. Push the breaker firmly to off and then return to On position. Read owner's manual to see if ignitor circuit has a fuse and check said fuse.
Remove the access panel below the door, there is a screw at either side below the door, the panel will pull forwards at the top giving you access to the wires
replace the electrode that's the wire or pilot tip, it has a sensor built in, when it gets hot it stops automatically. if the electrode is between the front and rear burners, there are small holes on the burners going down on the side of the burner facing the ignition. they need to be clean. try a paper clip and insert the clip in side the holes.
Your unit uses 220 volts to provide heating. Some elements are wired to one of the two 'legs' of the 220 giving you 'low'. High uses 220
220 consists of three wires...two 'hot' (red and black) and a neutral which is white. Neutral to hot will give you 110...hot to hot 220. Measure accordingly and use care! Neutral and the frame of the stove are effectively the same terminal...for safety.
You say some of the wires are burnt or a fuse is blown. They need to be replaced with proper wire...not just any kind. There is high temp insulated wire available from many ACE and other home stores or parts shops. It needs to be thick enough, too. Make all connections carefully and fully onto clean terminals. Tighten clockwise.
Check the voltage coming to the element on various settings as above. If you only get 110/120, you have an open supply issue which needs to be found.
Look for: loose wires, corrosion, burned insulation to ground.
You may have wet it somehow. There are two fixes. Leave them on for 20 minutes on high to let the ignitors dry out. If they dry and stop clicking you have solved it. If not then contact Viking 888-845-4641 and purchase a 6 point spark module. You can try to replace this yourself. With the power OFF. Remove the wires one by one placing them on the new module and then attaching it to the wall. (this is if ur spark module is located under the burners.) If it is in the rear of the unit and u can pull out your range yourself without hurting yourself then you do the same thing. Good luck. If none helps you you may need to replace all 6 burner bases or ignotrs. Also easy. Good luck.
