Brother xl 3750 threating

Sounds as though the top thread is not being captured by the rotary hook. Check for a bent needle and clean bobbin, hook, and feed dog area.

if the machine was threaded at the time, the upper and lower threads will have jammed and now are preventing the machine from turning

Check to make sure there are no cotton pieces caught in bobbin or mechanism. Make sure it is thoroughly brushed and cleaned out.

pull up your spool pin that holds the thread, it is in the down position.

No problem, go to a Brother repair shop and buy one.
