My Sportline won't zero the steps

I had the battery replaced, and now the steps from previous day won't zero.

SOURCE: My sportline watch resets itself during exercise

I don't know this watch personally but it sounds like it may be a short circuit or maybe one or two of the buttons may be being activated during a particular movement. I'd recommend you take it to a watchmaker for diagnosis.

its possibly that the time is 12 hours out reset your time and try again.
