The pump hose that runs to the drain pump filter collapses instead of expanding, is that normal or am I in need of a new one or is there video on how to unclog it?
Before it was giving me a F02 error and SUDS. I have read the fixes before and changed the drain pump, but still was handing me errors. So far I have removed allot of lint built up under the tub where the check ball is located. The check ball inside the pump hose was clogged with allot of lint build up ( kinda of like a dryer lint trap). I hope this helps anyone before paying money for a new pump drain to check this after checking you drain filter. Before it was giving me a F02 error and SUDS. puzzled here because there is always some water left in machine this is normal .you are quite right when you say that when you take the drain hose out of stand pipe and lower it water comes out but that is because of gravity .
The hose supplied by Accuspray does soften as it warms up but should not be collapsing. Most hvlp turbine system manufacturers supply a hose with a helix reinforced hose that will not collapse.
The majority of hoses for hvlp systems are 3/4" inside diameter hose like the Accuspray hose and will work with your system.
The fittings will work with any 3/4" garden hose. Problem with using garden hose is that the cheap ones will collapse and kink and the quality ones will be heavy.
under the car , under the gas tank is a drain valve , Its like a bolt)
connect a running hose and let water flow under the car, (optional)
get a large flat container
remove the drain valve from the tank and let the gas run out into the container. when its almost full cover back the valve, empty the container in a gas container an then continue to drain.
easier method but most people say its unsafe,
you need a hose and a gas container,
pop the hood,
locate the gas filter
remove the hose leading to the gas filter, put it in your hose and place the other end in the gas container (ITS LIKE YOUR extending the hose to your gas container instead of the filter.
turn on the ignition and watch the gas pump out the tank to your container, (pump must be working for this to work)
Heres a couple of things you can check. Start your car and remove the radiator cap,(before it gets hot mind you) when it reaches norm operating temp, look inside radiator to see if water is circulating. If its not moving, its a bad water pump. Also, youre hoses should never collapse, if they collapse when they get hot maybe you need new hoses? Finally, if those dont work, flush out your radiator. Open the bottom cockpit and use a garden hose and let it flush out the system while the car is running, about 10 mins should do the trick. If the radiator looks clean inside then it doesnt need flushed.
hi Shellinator7.
check the small drain hose on the side of the pump that is clogged, then that is not a failure that will significantly affect the normal operation of the washer. If your washer is not draining okay and you don't mind catching some water that spills out of that pump filter area when you open it up, then you don't necessarily need to remove that front panel and bother with unclogging that small drain hose. If the large hose between the tub and the pump or the discharge hose between the pump and the house drain behind the washer is clogged, then you may need to open up that cabinet.

Hi there I have found the code for you and hope this helps?
F/02
Long
Drain
If
the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned
off and "F/02" is flashed.
NOTE:
After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed,
then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Press
PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Check
the
drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check
the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the
pump is running.
Check
the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
If
the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.
That's actually a DE error code. (Drain Error) Open the access panel at the lower left on the front of the machine and use the small hose to drain out remaining water from machine. Now, unscrew the big knob just to the right of the hose and remove and clean out the filter. If nothing was in the filter, you might need a new pump motor instead.
