if you are original owner, seek help from dell customer service. if not this case google you will find some online help that may help. if it doesnot work. Your TV is in warranty period I thinks. If so, company is liable and will repair it free fo charge. There is "repair,replace, refund gurantees. Your gurantee card and broshure will tell you that. Look at it.

i think u should change u r OS once... u shuld not restart ur pc directly frm reset button... it will fails the OS files...

This error code is directly related to the motherboard issue . in tech terminology we call it as EEPROM problem. repairing can be done in few places but there is no gurantee to the repaired object. I will simply suggest you to take the notebook to the retail store or contact some technician who will replace your motherboard of the same configuration and will also provide you a year gurantee// I will not suggest you repairing even if the tech agrees to do it because it can again give you problem in near future. so without thinking much and without wasting time replace your board.. Time is money dear and its precious. Hope you will understand.

red colour if missing from mother board then you can fix it from graphics properties of your mothrboard driver
but red may also due to monitor,there should be black colour appeaqrs on screen instead of red.
to solve this you have to take your monitor from where you have purchased
if it is in warranty or gurantee then dont take to third party
the fault in monitor may be due to
fault in monitor cable
also check that cable is not loose
try to plug the cable on cpu again
another fault is inside the monitor
also try to on monitor using detaching monitor cable from cpu,message come on monitor ,if in that message red colour appear,then monitor gun is ok
and problem is in monitor due to desoldiring
if you know about soledring than you can fix this problem yourself only if you know otherwise take it to shop from where you sold it

i recommend not doing it self.. u can break it,, however u can pluck housing by ur nails. gurantee voids..
