How to put videos on a Eclipse 4gb 2.8" Touchscreen Mp4 Player

Hi Alicia - compatible video formats for the Eclipse are AVI (XVID), WMV (non encrypted) and FLV, according to the handbook.

Video files have to be dropped into the player's Video folder when it's connected to your computer. It's all explained in the manual.

Dont no how to put vidoes on my mp3

Hello,

This mp3 / video device willl require a converter program for putting videos in the matching format before transferring to the player.

For the correct downloads for your player select the GoGear Flash 4GB on this search page listing all 4GB Flash players:
http://www.search.philips.com/search/search?h=all&o=support&l=global&s=all&q=GoGear+Flash+4GB+video
Select your exact player model from the list. 2 Players are on this list.
When having another model, enter the typical name / size / functions in the search bar.

Once selected the exact model all support for the GoGear will be available:
updates; frequently asked questions; quick start guide; user manual and software & drivers downloads.
Media converter software can be downloaded as a zip file.
Right click and select "Save Target as..." the zip file to a location on the computer.
Next unzip the file.
Finally run the Arcsoft mediaconverter for conversion of your videos into
the fitting format for your player.

If this was helpful I'd appreciate your vote.

The video folder dont come out

You have to use the Philips Media Converter to convert and put videos onto your GoGear even if they're already in the right format. You can get an updated version of the Philips Media Converter from Philips website.

I need to convert video to my 4GB AUDIO VIDEO PLAYER

You need to download the Windows Video Codec pack, or download the latest version of quicktime to acquire more video codecs.

You may need some more detailed assistance after doing that.

If the video you are trying to convert is DRM-protected, then it is not compatible with your GoGear - and the Media Converter will not convert it.

I dont know how to put a movie/video onto my philips go gear 4GB

Use the Arcsoft Media converter that came with the installation CD - also available at www.usasupport.philips.com

Click Add Files

Find the folder with the video files in it

If you don't see the file that you are looking for, it is in FLV or some other format that the converter doesn't recognize - in this case only, download an FLV to AVI converter (or whatever the case may be) and convert them to AVI format. THEN, run them through the Philips/Arcsoft Media Converter

You can save the converted files to a folder, or load them directly to the GoGear - by selecting "add to device"

Boo-yah!
