nspect your steam cleaner's belts for loss or damage. Damaged belts can cause the brushes to stop rolling or the spray mechanism to stop functioning. To fix a damaged pump or brush belt, first unplug the steam cleaner. Refer to the user's manual to determine the specific location of each belt. Order a new belt directly from the manufacturer's website, or from a local home improvement store, if necessary.

I have the original H20 Mop. The light comes on, I feel the motor humming but no steam.

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

The are a number of reasons why your H20 mop doesn't steam. Ensure that the water tank has correct level of water. Check if the Steam Nozzle has a blockage and clean if it's necessary. Also, check for limescale deposit and removed it. You may refer to your unit's manual for procedures to remove limescale.

You can purchase a wide variety of high quality replacement microfiber mop pads for your H20 mop from ThinkCrucial with free shipping and an exclusive 10% coupon for Fixya.com readers, use code: FIXYA10

My H20 x5 steam mop keeps tripping the electric I have changed the fuse but this still keeps happening please advise?

Please stop using the mop before you have the thing catch on fire, or even your house/apartment.
What may have happened is the steam/water may have gotten in to the motor some how and is shorting it out.

H20 Steam Mop Blows Fuse can it be fixed?

Potential problem is steam entering the electrics causing a short. Try and put appliance in an airing cupboard overnight and see if this helps. Good luck, Graham
