Need driver for 26-949 Gigaware USB-A to Serial cable. CD lost

From the maker of the hardware you are trying to use. Look on their website. If windows can't find it then you may have a problem.

did you load the drivers for the "cutter" it will show up as a printer...

Go online to the website of the phone manufacturer. You should be able to find the drivers there.

can you see the new device in the device manager, you may need to install it, did you get disks, to install it if so go to add new hardware in the control panel and you may need to manually install the device. It will at some time ask for a disk, so have it ready, peace, Gym
