I have 56 songs purchased from itunes. The Zen software will only recognize 10 of them. Do I need to download from another site, or is there a way to have songs from itunes recognized? Thank you in advance for your help - Ed

Every song you buy from iTunes is protected, therefor you will not be allowed to put it onto another device. a good idea if you have a CD burner in your computer is if you make a CD in iTunes (by making a playlist and burning it to a CD)m and put it into another player. if you have windows you can use windows media center to get the songs. if you have something else it is just as well. when the songs go onto the disk most likely they will not have any protective code on them and you can easily use them. also a downfall is that you might lose all the names...yet you can just look back on iTunes. make sure to label the CDs.

I plugged in my creative zen mozaic to transfer

You can use creative centrale, but I personally wouldn't suggest it. It is overcomplicated. Whenever I transfer music I usually just use Sync on Windows Media Player.

1. Firmware [for your player]
Get a download from the support site and install:
this will put maps onto the device. Communication with the software
on the computer is available after getting the next item (2.) is done.

2. Application software [for the computer]
2.1 Creative Centrale (+ User Guide) is usefull to get songs on your Mozaic.
2.2 Windows Media Player 11 can be used as well. Note: You'll first have to make a playlist: Save the playlist: Next Synchronize it onto
the Zen.

3. Drag and drop
Once firmware is installed you can also use the drag and drop method. Move music, pictures, video inside maps on the computer into the corresponding map onto the player.

Don't hesitate to post a comment
when this will not get your Zen to play.

How do i transfer Music to my Iphone from my computer, Once plugged into the computer the songs that are currently in the iphone are unhighlighted and cannot move songs to or from the iphone.. Please help

You need to create a playlist for the iPhone. This isn't intuitive and I don't know why it's this way. It works great, there just isn't anything explaining what to do. This seems to snag Windows users the most. Maybe Mac users are already used to doing things this way? I don't know.

Below is a picture of my iTunes. Look down in the lower-left corner and see that my playlist is highlighted. At the very bottom-left corner you can click the plus sign to create a new playlist. Then drag all of the music you want to the playlist. Finally, in the music tab of your iPhone, make sure you click the playlist you just made to sync all music on that list to your phone.

This will do the trick.

You could try iTunes. Certainly, there are lots of 3rd-party programs which could reach this goal efficiently. I usually use Leawo iTransfer to finish this task. Now I take it as an instance teach you how to transfer songs from an iPod to another. Download Leawo iTransfer ' Leawo iTransfer for Mac and install it.

Method 1. Transfer Music from Old iPod to New iPod(Music Purchased from iTunes Store) People can transfer music from old iPod to new iPod with iTunes or download all the songs again from iTunes Store. Speaking of iTunes, users can actually rely on the software to transfer music. If you have music backups of the old iPod in iTunes, you can easily sync the songs with the new iPod. If you don't have backups, you are also able to transfer purchased songs from the old iPod to iTunes using the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes. But you won't be allowed to transfer the songs from the old iPod to computer or new iPod if the songs are not got from iTunes. Click the transfer button (right arrow in a dark blue square) at the right bottom to transfer all the music files. Or you are allowed to hold "Ctrl" and click to choose songs, and then right click the chosen songs to "Transfer to > My New iPod".

If you own more than one iPods, AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer can simultaneously manage all the iPods in the same interface, you may transfer files among these iPods by drag-and-drop.

Hope it helps!

Computer doesn't recognize Creative Zen Mozaic

may not be a data cable. might only be a charging cable. Try different cables since that cable(if original ) is over 8 years old and possibly bad now.

C cover art does not transfer to my zen vision m, only the music tracks transfer

A few possibilities. Go to http://193.95.171.83/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE/,/?St=224,E=0000000000373151655,K=1742,Sxi=15,Case=obj(8179),Kb=ww_english_add,VARSET=ws:http://us.creative.com/

for more details

Creative ZEN players do not currently support album art from Rhapsody version 4.0.
Album art is either embedded in a track, or exists as a thumbnail image in a separate file, allowing one album art file to be associated with an album. Currently, Rhapsody only supports album art embedded in the track. Future versions of Rhapsody are expected to support thumbnail versions.
Creative Media Explorer or Windows Media Player 10 or 11 can be used to transfer music purchased from Rhapsody to a player with album art included.

Album Art is supported by Creative ZEN, Creative ZEN V Plus, ZEN V, Vision:M and ZEN Vision players.
The ZEN Vision (PF1150) requires a firmware update for Album Art. You can download the updated firmware:
If you experience any difficulty transferring Album Art with Windows Media Player 10 or 11, to ZEN Vision:M, delete WMPInfo.xml (see below), and then transfer the tracks again.
